Dr. John Mady, DDS, FAGD, AFAAID, leads the practice his father founded in Maywood in 1977. He earned his DDS at New York University, holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (a distinction fewer than 6% of dentists reach), is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and is licensed in IV sedation in New Jersey.

Are these real patients?
Yes. Every case in the gallery is a Spring Valley Dental Care patient treated by Dr. Mady at 930 Spring Valley Road in Maywood, shown with permission. We do not use stock images or other offices’ results.
What treatment did the full-arch patients have?
All-on-X (All-on-4 / All-on-6): failing teeth were removed, four to six implants were placed under IV sedation, a temporary fixed bridge was delivered within about 24 hours, and a final zirconia bridge from Glidewell Laboratories was fitted after healing. Learn about All-on-X.
Will my result look like these?
Every mouth is different, so individual results vary. What is consistent is the process: a 3D scan, an honest plan, premium materials and one dentist responsible for the outcome. At your consultation Dr. Mady will show you cases similar to yours and explain what to expect.
How long did these cases take?
Full-arch implant cases typically take four to eight months from surgery to final bridge, with temporary teeth the whole time. Veneer and crown cases are usually finished in two visits; whitening in one.
