Implant surgery while you sleep, in the same office
Most offices that advertise “sedation implants” bring in an outside anesthesiologist a few days a month. Dr. Mady holds a New Jersey permit to administer IV sedation himself, so your surgery is scheduled when it suits you, monitored by the clinician doing the work, and billed as one visit.

Do you really do the surgery and the crown in the same office?
Yes. Dr. Mady places the implant and restores it. You are not sent to a surgeon in another town for placement and back to us months later for the crown. One office, one clinician, one fee.
What does “proper depth” mean and why does it matter?
An implant placed too shallow—especially in a patient with thin gums—leaves the connection exposed to bacteria and leads to bone loss and failure. Placing the implant one to two millimeters deeper insulates it from the oral cavity and allows healthier, longer-lasting gum attachment. It sounds basic, but many so-called “implant dentists” get it wrong, and a millimeter is often the difference between success and failure.
Why not use stock abutments? Aren’t they cheaper?
They are cheaper, which is why some centers use them. But a stock abutment does not match the shape of your gums and bone, so tissue gets irritated, the area is harder to clean, and the implant is more likely to fail. We use custom abutments shaped to your anatomy so the restoration feels like part of you.
What is your approach to patients with gum disease?
Gum health first. Some offices rush to place implants in a mouth that isn’t clean enough to support them. We treat periodontal disease before surgery because implants placed into infection fail.
How does in-house sedation help me?
You don’t wait months for an anesthesiologist to become available, you don’t pay a separate anesthesia practice, and the person managing your comfort is the person doing your surgery. Dr. Mady is licensed in New Jersey to administer IV sedation in our office.
Will you work with my insurance?
Yes. We verify your dental and, where applicable, medical benefits before treatment and help you use them fully. Because everything happens under one roof, our all-inclusive fees compare very well—and a long-lasting implant means you pay once. CareCredit, Alphaeon and Cherry financing are available.
What happens after surgery?
We follow up by phone or text after each appointment to check on you, and you have our number if anything feels off. From verifying insurance to post-op calls, our team stays with you the whole way.
Where do your implant patients come from?
Maywood and the surrounding towns—Hackensack, Paramus, Rochelle Park, Saddle Brook, Teaneck, Fair Lawn—and from Ridgewood, Saddle River, Franklin Lakes, Wyckoff, Englewood, Tenafly and Alpine, because one-dentist implant care with in-house sedation is hard to find.
