Limited exam & X-ray
A focused visit to look at what’s bothering you and talk through your options.
Schedule OnlineWhen many teeth are worn, broken, infected or missing, fixing them one at a time doesn’t work. Full mouth rehabilitation is a single, coordinated plan—crowns, implants, veneers, bridges and gum treatment—done under one roof in Maywood, with IV sedation so it can happen in a few long visits instead of dozens.
Full mouth rehabilitation (also called full mouth reconstruction) rebuilds all or most of the teeth in one comprehensive treatment plan. It combines restorative procedures—crowns, bridges, dental implants, root canals and gum therapy—with cosmetic ones such as veneers and whitening, sequenced so the bite, the health of the teeth and the appearance of the smile are all corrected together. At Spring Valley Dental Care in Maywood, NJ, Dr. John Mady, DDS, FAGD, AFAAID, plans and performs the entire rehabilitation in his own office, including implant surgery and IV sedation.
It is for patients with widespread wear, decay, fractures, failing old dental work, or many missing teeth—people who have been told they “need a lot of work” and want it done once, properly.
New patients only, one offer per patient. We’ll confirm your eligibility when you schedule.

Call Our OfficeYour plan uses only what your mouth needs. These are the tools Dr. Mady draws on—all available in our Maywood office.
Deep cleaning and periodontal treatment first, because crowns and implants placed on unhealthy gums don’t last.
Infected teeth that can be kept are treated and crowned rather than pulled. Root canals →
Worn, cracked and heavily filled teeth are restored to full height and strength with zirconia or ceramic—often milled the same day.
Missing teeth replaced with implants placed and restored by Dr. Mady—single teeth, bridges, or full-arch All-on-X. Implant Center →
When implants aren’t the right fit, a fixed bridge anchored to neighboring teeth closes the gap permanently.
Front teeth refined with porcelain veneers and the whole smile brightened so the final result looks natural and even. Cosmetic dentistry →

Actual Spring Valley Dental Care patient. Individual results vary.
Full mouth rehabilitation is the most transformative treatment we do. Patients arrive hiding their smile, eating on one side, taking ibuprofen for jaw pain. They leave with a bite that works, teeth that match, and—most tell us—a confidence they had forgotten.
Every case in our gallery was planned and finished at 930 Spring Valley Road by Dr. Mady, including the surgery and the sedation.
Photos, digital X-rays, a 3D CBCT scan and a full bite analysis. Dr. Mady listens to what bothers you and what you want at the end.
Every option explained—what’s essential, what’s elective, the sequence, the timeline and the cost of each phase. You decide with real numbers.
Gum treatment, extractions, root canals and implant placement, typically under IV sedation. Temporaries keep you smiling and chewing while you heal.
Crowns, bridges, implant teeth and veneers—made by our U.S. lab or milled in-house—are fitted, adjusted and polished. Then a night guard to protect the investment.
Most full-mouth cases in Bergen County get split between a general dentist, a periodontist, an oral surgeon and an anesthesiologist—four offices, four bills, four opinions. At Spring Valley Dental Care, Dr. Mady does it all at 930 Spring Valley Road.
The fee depends on what your mouth needs; you receive a phase-by-phase written estimate after your exam and 3D scan. We work with your dental and, where applicable, medical insurance to maximize coverage.
CareCredit, Alphaeon and Cherry financing spread treatment into monthly payments, and staging the plan over time is always an option.

Long reconstruction visits are done under IV sedation administered by Dr. Mady, so hours of work pass in what feels like minutes.
“Dr. Mady and staff were exceptional. I had a dental bone graft, a tooth pulled, and some fillings. Dr. Mady has certainly got a grasp on his craft. For the amount of work done I was in and out of the office in good time.”
“Been coming here for years and this place never disappoints. I accidentally showed up an hour early and the entire staff was so accommodating and flexible. Everyone jumped in and helped out, including the Dr. doing my cleaning.”
“Dr. Mady is the best dentist around, hands down. He has a gentle hand and is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is amazing, they have flexible hours and accept most insurances. I would recommend them to everyone, especially those who are afraid of the dentist.”
Dr. John Mady, DDS, FAGD, AFAAID, leads the practice his father founded in Maywood in 1977. He earned his DDS at New York University, holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (a distinction fewer than 6% of dentists reach), is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and is licensed in IV sedation in New Jersey.

“You can’t rebuild a mouth one tooth at a time. You plan the whole thing, then you build it in the right order.”— Dr. John Mady, DDS, FAGD, AFAAID
