Spring Valley Dental Care & Implant Center is a family-owned dental practice at 930 Spring Valley Road in Maywood, New Jersey, led by Dr. John Mady, DDS, FAGD, AFAAID. Dr. Mady’s father opened this practice in 1977. Nearly fifty years later, we still work the same way: listen first, explain your options honestly, and only recommend treatment you actually need.

Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
Yes. Dr. Mady is certified in IV sedation, and we also offer other comfort options. Tell us how you feel and we’ll plan your visit around it.
What does a new patient visit cost?
We currently offer a free limited exam and X-ray, or a $97 comprehensive exam, X-rays and cleaning for qualifying new patients. We’ll confirm eligibility when you schedule.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with many dental plans. Call us with your insurance information and our team will check your benefits before your visit.
Can you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. Call us for a toothache, broken tooth, swelling or another urgent concern. We reserve room for same-day emergencies whenever possible.
Do you place dental implants in your office?
Yes. Dr. Mady plans, places and restores dental implants in our Maywood office, including full-arch treatment options.
