From the Hackensack University Medical Center and Prospect Avenue area, Essex Street west gets you here in roughly 6 minutes; from north Hackensack and The Shops at Riverside, take Passaic Street or Route 4 west, about 8 minutes.
For many Hackensack patients we're faster to reach than offices downtown, with no meters or garages to deal with near the courthouse district — an easy stop on a lunch break from HUMC or the county offices.
The easy way: Spring Valley Road runs straight south from Paramus into Maywood — our office is on that same road at 930. From the Bergen Town Center area on Route 4, you're roughly 5 minutes away; from Westfield Garden State Plaza or the Route 4/17 interchange, plan on about 10 minutes; from Paramus Park on Route 17 north, closer to 12.
Because we're on a local road, you skip the Route 4 and 17 crawl entirely — a welcome change if you've ever tried crossing Paramus on a Saturday. Saturday appointments are available.
From Saddle Brook: take Market Street to Essex Street and follow it east through Rochelle Park into Maywood, then turn onto Spring Valley Road — roughly 8–10 minutes, without ever getting on the highway. Coming from the I-80 / Garden State Parkway side of town, Midland Avenue east works just as well.
It's a straight local-roads run — close enough to fit a cleaning before school pickup or after a shift.
