What Are All-on-X Implants?

A Full Set of Teeth. Supported by Just 4 to 6 Implants.

All-on-X is a modern technique for replacing an entire arch of teeth — upper, lower, or both — using just four to six titanium implants per arch as a foundation. A custom-designed fixed bridge is then secured to those implants, giving you a permanent, full set of teeth that don't come out at night.

Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-X teeth stay in place, feel natural, and let you eat, speak, and smile with total confidence. Unlike replacing each tooth individually, the process is faster, more affordable, and requires fewer surgeries.

For most patients, a temporary bridge is placed within 24 hours of surgery — which is why you'll often hear it called "Teeth in a Day."

What to Expect, Step by Step

We've streamlined the All-on-X process so you can complete your entire treatment in one office, with one team.

Free Consultation

At your no-cost consultation, Dr. Mady will examine your teeth, review your goals, and use 3D imaging to confirm whether All-on-X is right for you. You'll leave knowing your options, your timeline, and what your investment looks like.

Treatment Planning

Using your 3D scan, we design the precise position of each implant and preview your new smile before surgery. Nothing is left to chance.

Surgery & Same-Day Teeth

On surgery day, we'll remove any failing teeth, place your implants, and deliver a temporary bridge — all in one visit, with IV sedation if you prefer to rest through it. You leave with a full set of teeth.

Your Permanent Smile

Once your implants have fully integrated (typically 3–6 months), we deliver your final, custom-crafted bridge — designed for beauty, function, and a lifetime of use.

Let's Talk About Cost.

Most patients want to know the number before they book. We get it.

The honest answer is that the right treatment plan depends on your jaw, your remaining teeth, and the materials you choose — so we won't give you a fake "starting at" price you can't trust. What we will do is this: at your free consultation, we'll show you the exact cost for your case, in writing, before you decide anything.

Flexible Financing

We partner with CareCredit and other lenders so you can spread treatment across affordable monthly payments — often with 0% promotional periods.

Insurance Maximized

We work with most major insurance plans and will help you understand exactly what's covered before you commit.

Free Consultation

Your evaluation, 3D imaging review, and personalized cost estimate are completely free. No commitment.

Is All-on-X Right for You?

All-on-X works for a wide range of patients — even those who've been told they don't have enough bone for traditional implants.

The best way to know for sure is a free consultation with Dr. Mady. But All-on-X is often the right answer if you're dealing with any of these:

Every case is unique — we'll never recommend a procedure you don't need, and we'll always walk you through alternatives if there's a better path for your situation.

  • Loose, slipping, or uncomfortable dentures
  • Multiple missing or failing teeth
  • Severely broken-down or decayed teeth
  • Chronic gum disease causing tooth loss
  • Difficulty chewing, eating, or speaking confidently
  • A previous implant evaluation that said "not enough bone"
  • Tired of dealing with one dental problem after another

Questions People Ask Before Booking

How long does the All-on-X procedure take?
Most patients complete the surgical phase in a single appointment, leaving with a temporary bridge the same day. Your final, permanent bridge is typically delivered 3–6 months later, once your implants have fully integrated with the bone.
Does it hurt?
The surgery itself is performed under either local anesthesia or IV sedation, so you won't feel a thing during treatment. Mild soreness for a few days afterward is normal and easily managed — most patients tell us it was far easier than they expected.
How much does All-on-X cost?
Cost depends on your specific case — number of arches, materials, and any preparatory work needed. We don't post a generic number because it wouldn't be accurate for you. At your free consultation, we'll provide an exact, written estimate before you commit to anything.
Will my insurance cover any of it?
Most dental insurance plans cover a portion of implant-related treatment — extractions, sedation, and sometimes the restoration itself. We accept most major plans and will help you maximize your benefits.
I was told I don't have enough bone for implants. Am I still a candidate?
Often, yes. The All-on-X technique uses angled implant placement that takes advantage of available bone — meaning many patients who were turned away from traditional implants are still excellent candidates for All-on-X.
How long do All-on-X implants last?
With proper care, your implants are designed to last a lifetime. The fixed bridge attached to them may need maintenance or eventual replacement over many years, similar to natural teeth.
Can I really get teeth in one day?
For most patients, yes — we deliver a beautiful temporary bridge the same day as your surgery. You will never leave our office without a full set of teeth.
What if I'm anxious about dental work?
You're not alone, and we've got you. IV sedation is available for every implant surgery, allowing you to rest comfortably through the entire procedure. Many patients say they remember almost nothing about the day.
